How to use
The best time to take magnesium is away from meals. In the morning, during the day or during periods of greater tiredness and fatigue.
Adults: We recommend a dosage of one teaspoon per day in a full glass of water (200 ml). Wait until the solution becomes transparent, indicating the ideal time to take it. Warm or hot water is preferable simply to reduce preparation time. Take up to twice a day as needed.
Adults: 1-2 sachets per day.
Children: 11-14 years one teaspoon once daily; 3-11 years half a teaspoon once daily.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce the dose and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, it is then possible to increase the dosage to the one best tolerated.
Conservation
