Description
Food supplement based on magnesium and potassium enriched with aspartic acid, creatine and other nutrients. Enriched with activated vitamin B6. Magnesium intervenes in the process of cell division, promotes electrolyte balance, protein synthesis and the well-being of bones and teeth. Together with potassium it promotes muscle function, while with vitamins B1, B6, and C it promotes the correct functioning of the nervous system and contributes to normal psychological functions. Potassium is also useful for maintaining normal blood pressure. Finally, magnesium, vitamins B6 and C help combat tiredness and fatigue and with manganese promote energy metabolism.

Maltodextrin from corn or rice, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, creatine monohydrate, magnesium pidolate, magnesium gluconate, potassium gluconate, (L-)aspartic acid, rose hip (Rosa canina) fruit EIS (titrated at 50% in vitamin C), lemon (Citrus limon) fruit SD, citric acid; natural flavouring: lemon (Citrus limon) fruit peel OE; manganese gluconate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate); natural sweeteners: steviol glycosides and thaumatin.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (7.5 g) dissolved in 250 ml of water, one to three times a day at any time (from 7.5 g to 22.5 g per day). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Scoop included in the package. Close carefully after use.
