Dosage and Directions for Use:
Swallow 1 to 2 vegetable capsules daily, with water, preferably with meals.

Property:
Choline is an organic compound, isolated from lecithin, which performs three important functions:
- it is necessary for the correct metabolism of fats. In fact, like vitamin B12, S-adenosylmethionine and folic acid, it acts in the body by donating methyl and is essential for the correct functioning of the liver with a lipotropic effect, that is, it promotes the mobilization of fat from the liver.
- It ensures the structural integrity and transmission functions of cell membranes and directly influences nerve transmission, in fact it is involved in the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine (lecithin) and sphingomyelin which are components of cell membranes.
- In the brain it is essential in the synthesis of the important neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Acetylcholine participates in many brain processes, including memory, but it also intervenes in the digestive processes and in the production and expulsion of feces.
