Food supplement based on magnesium, griffonia, ashwagandha, magnolia and valerian useful for providing an additional quota of these ingredients to the daily diet.

Griffonia and ashwagandha contribute to relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being, while griffonia also promotes normal mood.

Baill.] tit. 25% 5-hydroxytryptophan, hydroxypropylcellulose, SENSORIL - ashwagandha root and herb es [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] tit. 10% withanolides, magnolia bark es (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) tit. 50% magnolol, valerian root es (Valeriana officinalis L.) tit. 0.8% valerenic acids; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
