Thanks to Policaptil Gel Retard, it acts at intestinal level by forming a highly viscous gel that promotes the control of the postprandial glycemic peak, reducing the quantity and speed of absorption of carbohydrates (retard effect).
This also determines a reduction in the feeling of hunger and postprandial drowsiness. Furthermore, with the same mechanism, Policaptil Gel Retard limits the absorption of fats, promotes intestinal transit and regulates the consistency of the stool. Libramed, associated with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake and regular physical activity, thanks to its mechanism of action, is indicated for weight control in adults and children from 12 years of age.
How to use
Take one sachet of Libramed granules before the two main meals, adding 100 ml of water (equal to half a glass) to the contents of the sachet. Mix thoroughly until well dispersed and take immediately afterwards. At the end, drink another glass of water.
Considering the high gelling power of the product, it is preferable to ingest the drink obtained before the gel forms. The product must not be taken directly into the mouth, to be consumed strictly after dispersing in water.

Warnings
It is recommended to take the product at least two hours after taking medications or vitamin supplements, so as not to interfere with their absorption. Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use if there is hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more components. Keep out of reach of children. The expiry date refers to the intact and correctly stored product. The product does not replace a varied diet. Follow a low-calorie diet and regular physical activity. In case of a diet followed for prolonged periods, more than three weeks, it is advisable to consult your doctor.
Conservation
Store at room temperature, away from heat sources and protected from light.
