MONOI AND TAMANU
Tamanu, also known as the "Green Gold of the Pacific", has been recognized for centuries in Polynesia for its protective and regenerating properties. It is used to treat burns, skin problems and to protect and enhance traditional tattoos. Our Monoï de Tahiti DOC represents the delicate union of two plants from the Polynesian coast. It is obtained by immersing 12 fresh buds of Tiaré flowers (Gardenia Tahitensis DC), picked at dawn, in refined copra oil from the Cocos nucifera species.
