Description
Food supplement based on creatine, L-carnitine, leucine, vitamin D, vitamins B1, B2, B5 and B6 and mineral salts useful in case of increased need for the nutrients contained.
In particular, thiamine (vitamin B1), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), magnesium, iron and copper contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; vitamin D and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function; magnesium and zinc contribute to normal protein synthesis.
Ingredients
Creatine, maltodextrin, L-carnitine tartrate, L-leucine, magnesium bisglycinate, acidity regulator: citric acid; stabilizers: sunflower lecithin, sucrose esters of fatty acids; flavoring, beetroot concentrate, microencapsulated ferric pyrophosphate, sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; zinc gluconate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B2 (riboflavin 5-phosphate, sodium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), copper gluconate, coloring: copper complexes of chlorophyllins; chromium picolinate.

How to use
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (about 200 ml), stir until the powder dissolves. Take once a day away from meals.
