Description
Yogurt flavored powdered nutritional formula. Features a ketogenic ratio of 2.5:1. Simple preparation (liquid or semi-solid mode).
For the dietary management of:
- disorders of long-chain fatty acid oxidation with an increased need for MCTs;
- fat malabsorption and digestive disorders;
- drug-resistant epilepsies, glucose transporter type 1 (GLUT1) deficiency, pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency and other pathologies requiring a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients
Medium chain triglycerides powder [medium chain triglycerides 75% from palm and coconut fat in varying proportions, soluble corn fiber, sodium caseinate ( milk ); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifier: sodium tripolyphosphate], vegetable fiber (bamboo, psyllium), milk protein, acacia fiber, chicory inulin, soluble corn fiber, highly refined fish oil with DHA and EPA, natural yoghurt flavor, L-lysine-L-aspartate, tricalcium phosphate, potassium phosphate, L-leucine, magnesium citrate, potassium chloride, vanilla flavor, inositol, vitamins (A, D, E, K, C, B1, B2, niacin, B6, folic acid, pantothenic acid, B12, biotin), choline bitartrate; sweetener: sucralose; taurine, L-carnitine-L-tartrate, iron-II-sulfate, zinc sulphate, cupric sulphate, manganese sulphate, chromium trichloride, sodium selenite, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate.

How to use
Dilute one sachet in water (30 ml-60 ml).
Warnings
To be used under medical supervision. Nutritionally complete from 3 years of age, supplement from 10 years. Suitable from 3 years of age (contains sweetener). For oral or tube use. Do not use parenterally. Should not be used when ketoacidosis/acidosis is suspected, decompensated liver cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease or in patients with metabolic diseases (such as MCAD deficiency). Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Conservation
Store in a dry and cool place. Once opened, the contents of the sachet must be consumed. Unused powder can be stored in an airtight container. The sachet can also be closed with a clip if the contents are consumed within 24 hours.
