Ingredients
Powder of: Ashvagandha [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal .] radix, Shatavari [ Asparagus racemosus (Willd.) Oberm .] radix, Amalaki ( Phyllanthus emblica L .) fructus, Vidarikand [ Pueraria tuberosa (Roxb. ex Willd.) DC .] rhizoma, Mandukparni ( Centella asiatica L .) herba; stabilizer: gum arabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.
How to use
Take 1 tablet twice daily before meals.

For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
