Chicory inulin; coating agent (capsule): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use
Take 3 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach, with a large glass of water.
