How to use
Chew the tablets or swallow them with water. It is recommended to take up to 2 tablets per day for children aged 5 years and over, up to 4 tablets per day for adults, preferably away from meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Do not take during pregnancy. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
