Description
Food supplement of alkalizing minerals (potassium and magnesium citrates), sweetened with stevia.
Magnesium contributes to normal electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal muscle and bone function.
Ingredients
Acidifiers: citric acid, malic acid; tribasic potassium citrate, tribasic magnesium citrate; flavourings: orange, blood orange; sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides; colouring: paprika extract; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor. Idrobasic should be taken by diluting the contents of the sachet in 1.5 litres of water to drink during the day. For different indications (prevention of kidney stones) follow the medical prescription.
Warnings
Idrobasic is contraindicated in patients with hyperkalemia or hypermagnesemia, or conditions that may predispose to the appearance of such plasma alterations. These conditions include chronic renal failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. The concomitant intake of Idrobasic and potassium-sparing drugs (triamterene, spironolactone, amiloride) may cause hyperkalemia. It is therefore advisable to monitor the progress of kaliemia. No interactions with other drugs are known. Rarely, during treatment, mild gastrointestinal disturbances may develop such as: abdominal heaviness, nausea and occasionally diarrhea.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Validity for intact package : 24 months.
