Ingredients
Nutriose corn starch, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-3799 (Lyndside PRO SCB), Care4uTM HMO 2'FL (2'-fucosyllactose) (contains milk derivatives, lactose), Howaru Restore probiotic blend: Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37, Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07, Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, flavor; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; retinyl acetate (vitamin A).

How to use
One orosoluble sachet per day to dissolve directly in the mouth or in a glass of water. It is recommended to take IBS 300 on an empty stomach or away from meals. If desired, the product can be dissolved in water, fruit juice or other cold, non-carbonated liquid and consumed immediately.
Since the sachets contain live, heat-sensitive cells, it is recommended not to dissolve them in hot drinks.

Warnings
Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Supplements should not be used if other foods with added 2'-fucosyllactose are consumed on the same day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
