Ingredients
Powder of: Sugar, Male Orchid ( Orchis mascula L .) tuber, Almond ( Prunus dulcis Webb ) seed; dry extract of: Ashvagandha [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal ] root, Mandukparni ( Centella Asiatica L .) herba; Cardamom powder ( Elettaria cardamomum Maton .) seed; natural flavour.
How to use
1 teaspoon (3 g) twice daily at meals dissolved in hot or cold water.
