L-Leucine (47.3%); L-Isoleucine (23.7%); L-Valine (23.7%); thickener (hydroxypropylcellulose); anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate); pyridoxine hydrochloride; thiamine mononitrate; emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids).

How to use
Take 5 tablets per day. Swallow with plenty of water.
