Bar indicated in case of increased protein requirement following intense muscular and sporting activity.
One bar provides approximately 30 g of protein: proteins contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass. One bar is also a source of: vitamin B6 which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; vitamin D which contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Milk proteins (21.8%), hydrolyzed collagen; dark chocolate coating 16.7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter; emulsifier: soy lecithin); soy proteins (11.2%); humectant: glycerol; bulking agent: polydextrose; non-hydrogenated palm fat, fat-reduced cocoa, soy granules, cocoa nibs; emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavorings; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin mix (dextrose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cholecalciferol). How to use
