How to use
Prepare one serving by dissolving the contents of 1 scoop (about 30 g) in 150 ml of still water (or semi-skimmed milk) using a shaker. We recommend up to one serving per day depending on the intensity of the activity performed and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
