GutLife Cream
Description
GutLife Cream is indicated for the treatment of symptoms associated with inflammation and skin irritation of the anal and perianal area. The specific formulation of GutLife Cream with fatty acids (FAG), hyaluronic acid and escin has a protective, lubricating, soothing action and helps the normalization processes of the anal skin. GutLife Cream reduces and attenuates pain, itching, redness and burning in subjects undergoing radiotherapy, thermal and chemical stress. GutLife Cream is also useful for use before and/or after manual and/or instrumental rectal examinations and as an adjuvant in the post-infectious phase and after proctological interventions.
How to use
During radiotherapy, apply GutLife Cream after exposure to the affected area until completely absorbed and continue application every 6/8 hours, or as otherwise advised by your doctor or pharmacist, gently massaging the anus and perianal area.
In other uses apply to the affected area 2 or 3 times a day with a delicate massage performed gently on the anus and perianal area until completely absorbed. Continue the application until the symptoms disappear.
In case of manual and/or instrumental rectal explorations, it is recommended to apply the cream to the affected area 5-10 minutes before and/or after the examination.

Warnings
The biocompatibility studies carried out have not highlighted any contraindications or side effects; however, the use of the product should be avoided in patients with a history of hypersensitivity or known allergy to any of its components. Inform your doctor or pharmacist about the onset of side effects attributable to the product that are not described in this leaflet.
Do not use GutLife Cream on open or secreting wounds and/or sores, and in case of infected wounds. Discontinue use in case of irritation or side effects and consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Use in adults. Keep out of reach of children.
Conservation
Store at room temperature (not above 25 °C) in a cool, dry place away from heat sources or direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze the product. Be sure to close the container after each use. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
Validity after opening: 6 months.
