As per Emilian culinary tradition, Tortelloni GustaMente have a tasty filling made with fresh ricotta from the Apennines and spinach leaves enclosed in a thin and elastic egg pastry.

Ingredients
Pasta ingredients (60%): flour mix (corn flour, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, pea flour, vegetable fibres, natural flavours), eggs 24%, sunflower seed oil.
Filling ingredients (40%): cow's ricotta 25% (cow's milk whey, cow's milk, cow's milk cream, salt), corn preparation (corn flour, sunflower seed oil), potato flakes, whey, spinach 8%, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (milk, salt, rennet), fibre, sunflower seed oil,
dextrose, salt, natural flavours, spinach powder 2%, milk protein, onion powder, nutmeg.
