Food supplement useful for the well-being of the respiratory tract, with a balsamic and emollient action.

Ingredients

	for 1 sachet*
Grindelia (Grindelia robusta, top) titrated in total phenols expressed as gallic acid ≥0.8%	225 mg
Plantain (Plantago lanceolata, leaves) titrated in aucubin ≥1%	150 mg
Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum var. HyperCreso, top)	75 mg
Essential oils of: - Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) - Peppermint (Mentha piperita) equal to about 1.5 drops of essential oils	30 mg
Peppermint (Mentha piperita, leaves), liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root), star anise (Illicium verum, fruit), common thyme (Thymus vulgaris, tops).

*The quantities indicated refer to the functional ingredients contained in a sachet and not to the infusion.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tea bags per day.
One filter is enough to prepare a herbal tea. Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag, leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to cover the cup so as not to disperse the more volatile substances with balsamic activity.

Warnings
Contains licorice: avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension.
