Gluten-free flour (gluten-free wheat starch, corn starch, corn flour, glucose; dietary fibre: inulin; thickeners: guar gum, E464; acidity stabilizer: E575, sodium bicarbonate), apricot puree 23% (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree 25% corresponding to 5.8% of the finished product, sucrose; thickeners: pectin E440; acidifier: citric acid E330; preservatives: potassium sorbate E202; flavourings), butter , sugar, egg white, egg yolk, egg white powder.
The product may contain traces of: soy lecithin, sulphur dioxide, milk and dairy products, peanuts and peanut- based products and other nuts .
