EYE DROPS

Description
Protective, hydrating and lubricating ophthalmic solution based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid sodium salt, trehalose, stearylamine and liposomes, formulated to restore the physiological properties of the ocular surface. The combination of cross-linked hyaluronic acid and trehalose gives the product a high viscoelasticity, ensuring a high degree of hydration and permanence on the ocular surface, such as to alleviate the symptoms associated with dry eye and the resulting eye irritation. Trehalose has stabilizing and protective properties of cell membranes, preventing the denaturation of proteins and the degradation of lipids, helping to reduce inflammatory phenomena. Liposomes are known for their soothing and emollient properties, as well as for their ability to act as a carrier, increasing the bioavailability of the substances they transport and to stabilize the lipid component of the tear film. Stearylamine carried by liposomes due to its positive charge, allows for better adhesion to the epithelial surface and helps inhibit microbial growth. The combination of the above properties makes TriMIX an effective ocular surface protector with antioxidant effects that can also promote the repair of ocular tissues damaged by surgery or following mechanical or chemical trauma or environmental insults.

The product can also be administered during the use of contact lenses. Useful during and after:

How to use
Instill 1-2 drops in each eye 2-3 times daily or as directed by your doctor.

Components
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid sodium salt, trehalose, stearylamine, liposomes (phospholipids S80) in aqueous solution buffered at physiological pH.

Warnings
- Do not use the product if you are allergic or have known hypersensitivity to any of the components.
- In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor.
- The product is sterile until the bottle is opened.
- Use the product within 60 days of opening.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
- Do not use the product if the vial is damaged.
- For external ophthalmic use only.
- Do not touch your eyes, surrounding areas or other surfaces with the tip of the bottle.
- Close the bottle tightly after use.
- If instilling multiple products, leave an interval of at least 10 minutes between applications.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Conservation
Store the product at temperatures below 25°C and above 2°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
Validity after opening: 60 days.
