Flours ( wheat, malted wheat ), sugar-free candied Italian orange peel 11% (orange peel; sweetener: maltitol syrup; acidifier: citric acid), sultanas 10%, fresh pasteurized eggs , high oleic sunflower oil; sweeteners: maltitol and maltitol syrup; natural yeast (contains wheat flour); emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin; humectant: sorbitol; antioxidant: plant extract rich in tocopherol (from soy ); salt, flavourings.
May contain traces of nuts (almonds, cashews and pistachios) and mustard .
Lactose free.
