Description
Rosemary focaccia base.
Ingredients
Base mix (starches: deglutinated wheat, corn; dextrose, psyllium seed fibre, thickeners: guar gum, E464 pea protein); water, sunflower seed oil, brewer's yeast, salt, rice syrup (rice flour, water), rosemary (0.3%); acidity regulator: glucono delta lactone; mother yeast [rice flour, quinoa flour, yeast, probiotic lactic yeast kluybread (kluyveromyces marxianus fragilis B0399), enzymes]; preservative: E202.
May contain: soy, milk, eggs, nuts, mustard.
Gluten free.
How to use
Before cooking, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the surface. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Product treated on the surface with ethyl alcohol and stored in a protective atmosphere.
