Description
GHEE
Ghee (or clarified butter) is an ancient Ayurvedic recipe derived from butter. It is essentially butter from which the water and protein component contained in it have been removed.Ayurvedic cuisine uses ghee instead of butter and oil for cooking, frying and roasting, because it can be heated and cooked without diminishing or losing its properties.
