Description
Instant thickener powder based on xanthan gum.
Thickener that dissolves instantly in hot or cold preparations, liquids (water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, milk), soups or smoothies. Resists temperature variations and reduces the risk of aspiration. Allows you to reconstitute grade 1, 2 and 3 gelled waters, depending on the volume of water.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin; thickener: xanthan gum; humectant: potassium chloride.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
To prepare, use the measuring cup included in the jar to measure the amount of powder needed. Pour the required dose for the liquid or preparation, stirring vigorously with a fork or whisk, until completely dissolved.
Recommended doses:
syrup consistency: 1 scoop in 100 ml of water;
creamy consistency: 1.5 scoops in 100 ml of water;
pudding consistency: 3 scoops in 100 ml of water.
Warnings
To be used under medical supervision. Should not be the sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
Validity after opening: 1 month.
