STERILE PARAFFIN GAUZE

Directions:
- minor burns,
- areas of skin collection and grafting,
- wounds with loss of skin, lacerations and abrasions,
- chronic ulcers of the lower limb.

Characteristics:
sterile paraffin tulle gras dressing, made of an open weave gauze. The gauze threads are interwoven to minimize fraying, should the dressing be cut to the desired shape. It has a low adhesion and allows free drainage of the wound, allowing the exudate to pass to a secondary absorbent dressing. Jelonet is not medicated and is therefore ideal for use with local antiseptics or antibiotics. Available in various sizes, the largest of which is suitable for use in Burns Units. It is available in different packaging: dressing in a sachet for single application with aseptic technique; in metal boxes, to facilitate application on large parts of the body, in cases where it is necessary to use the entire box in a single application.
