Hyaluronic acid
Silver sulfadiazine
DISPOSABLE
Indicated in the treatment of exuding wounds, infected or not, leg ulcers, including those of venous origin, pressure sores and post-operative wounds.
Hyaluronic acid is the main component of the dermis' ground substance.
It acts on all phases of the healing process.
It accelerates the healing and re-epithelialization of skin lesions.
Its hygroscopic power maintains a humid environment favorable to the tissue regeneration process.
How to use
After removing the 2 protective films, the gauze should be applied to the wound, after having cleaned and disinfected it.
The gauze should then be covered with sterile gauze and cotton wool. The dressing can be kept in place with the help of an appropriate bandage.
Before renewing the applications, it is recommended to clean the wound. The application must be renewed every 24 hours until complete healing.
The evolution of wound healing must be evaluated by the doctor.
Components
Gauze impregnated with hyaluronic acid cream (sodium salt); other components: viscosity agent; glycerol; water.
Warnings
Do not use the product in case of known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or to any of the components of the product.
In very rare cases, local hypersensitivity reactions such as eczema have been observed.
Observe the methods of cleaning and disinfection of wounds and surrounding tissue.
Do not use disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salts due to the risk of precipitation of hyaluronic acid.
The use of the product on a venous ulcer does not in any way exempt from compressive treatment (stocking or bandage).
