Desr. fructus] es tit. 60% hydroxycitric acid, gymnema [Gymnema sylvestre (Retz) R.Br. folium] es tit. 25% gymnemic acid; technological adjuvants: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day before each main meal, to be swallowed with plenty of water.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, in a regime of an adequate low-calorie diet and with a good level of physical activity.
