Ingredients
Fucus (Fucus vesiculosus) thallus dry extract 28%; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; bulking agent: silicified microcrystalline cellulose; maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate 72%; Fucus (Fucus vesiculosus) thallus dry extract titrated at 0.1% in total iodine 225 mg 0.225 mg (150% RDA).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablets per day, in the morning or afternoon, away from meals, with plenty of water or other liquid.
