Ingredients
Bulking agent: cellulose; glucosamine hydrochloride (derived from crustaceans ), glycerophosphocholine* (derived from soya ), coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; colourings: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides; biotin (D-biotin).
Gluten- free and lactose- free product.

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
