Food supplement based on magnesium, potassium and vitamin C, with zinc, carnitine, cystine and coenzyme Q10, useful for filling deficiencies and increased needs of these nutrients. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism and, together with potassium, supports physiological muscle function.

- Magnesium : is a mineral present in large quantities in our body that contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism, to muscle function, to protein synthesis and intervenes in the process of cell division.
- Vitamin C : is a water-soluble vitamin that protects cellular structures from oxidative stress and helps energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical effort, a beneficial effect that is obtained by taking at least 200 mg of vitamin in addition to the recommended daily intake.
- Carnitine : is an amino acid that is synthesized in our body by the liver and kidneys starting from the amino acids lysine and methionine and in the presence of vitamin C and iron. It has a carrier function for fatty acids that are transported inside the cells for their metabolic processes.
- Cystine : is the amino acid with the highest sulphur content which in the body acts as a precursor of glutathione, a substance with a very important biological role in cellular reactions and a cofactor of numerous enzymes.
- Coenzyme Q10 : is a molecule belonging to the ubiquinone family and an essential cofactor in the mitochondrial electron transport chain.
- Zinc : is a trace element useful for normal acid-base metabolism and carbohydrate, fatty acid and macronutrient metabolism. It contributes to the correct synthesis of DNA and proteins and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Pour the contents of the sachet into at least 200 ml of water or other still drink at room temperature, or directly into a 0.5 litre bottle. Mix or shake well until the product is completely dissolved and consume.
