Food supplement in orosoluble sachets based on boswellia extract and bromelain.
Property
Boswellia serrata : Boswellia, a gum resin rich in boswellic acids, helps improve the inflammatory state, including the painful component and edema. Boswellic acids selectively inhibit the enzyme 5-lipoxygenase responsible for the biosynthesis of leukotrienes that facilitate inflammatory processes. They are able to: inhibit elastase, enzymes that attack and deteriorate the elastic part of tissues in which an inflammatory process is underway, and also prevent the infiltration of polymorphonuclear leukocytes, which contribute to the destruction of connective tissue. Its use is recommended in cases of pain, local inflammation and inflammation of soft tissues. Its anti-inflammatory activity has greater tolerability than NSAIDs as the typical side effects at the level of the gastric mucosa do not occur.
Bromelain : enzyme with predominantly proteolytic activity extracted from pineapple stem. Its main use is anti-inflammatory and anti-edema. It is particularly effective in the treatment of inflammatory conditions of soft tissues associated with trauma, in localized inflammation (especially in the presence of pre-edema) and in post-operative tissue reactions. The safety of using bromelain compared to other classic anti-inflammatory drugs derives from the difference in its mechanism of action: bromelain acts by increasing the production of prostaglandins with anti-inflammatory activity to the detriment of those with pro-inflammatory activity, thus avoiding the gastrointestinal damage typical of NSAIDs.

Sweetener: erythritol, sucralose, steviol glycosides; boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) resin es tit. 65% boswellic acids, bromelain 2,500 GDU/g, inulin, flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; acidifier: anhydrous citric acid.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.
