Chicory (Cichorium intybus) roots es (titrated at 90% in inulin), maitake (Grifola frondosa) sporophore (mushroom) powder, shiitake (Lentinula edodes) sporophore (mushroom) powder, mixture of lactic ferments (titrated at 10% in each of the following strains: Bifidobacterium bifidum SD5215, breve SD5206, lactis SD5219; Lactobacillus acidophilus SD5212, brevis SD5214, bulgaricus SD5589, casei SD5213, paracasei SD5275, plantarum SD5209, rhamnosus SD5217); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, gum arabic; (L-)histidine; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 tablets one to three times a day on an empty stomach or before meals (4 to 12 tablets per day).
