Description
Aproteic preparation ideal for bread and leavened doughs of all types.
Low in sodium, potassium and phosphorus. Contains a sachet of dry yeast (10 g).
Ingredients
Deglutinated wheat starch, corn starch, rice starch; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar flour; dextrose, potato flour, vegetable fiber (psyllium).
Dry yeast: emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate.
No added milk , soy , or eggs . No preservatives.
Gluten free.
