1 or 2 tablets per day.

Characteristics
With the decrease in estrogen and progesterone levels, discomforts such as depression, mood changes, irritability, palpitations, hot flashes, sleep disturbances may appear. It increases the risk of osteoporosis and the onset of cardiovascular disease. It is an alternative to both conventional hormone therapy and the use of soy phytoestrogens.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy.

Clover titrated 10% isoflavones; dioscorea titrated 20% diosgenin; hawthorn titrated 1.5% vitexin; griffonia titrated 95% 5-hydroxytryptophan; vitamin E; vitamin D3; zinc gluconate.
