Food supplement based on Melatosoma (melatonin in liposomes).
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, it helps reduce the time required to fall asleep* and is useful, even in the case of long journeys, to alleviate the effects of jet lag**.
Melatosome is a liposomal structure of phospholipids and melatonin: this technology allows for greater bioavailability of melatonin; furthermore, the liposome technology promotes rapid absorption. The liquid formulation, to be dosed with a graduated pipette, allows the product to be administered according to subjective needs.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

How to use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml of Fisioreve Fast (equivalent to 1 mg of melatonin) in the evening, just before going to bed. It is recommended to take the dose with the graduated pipette, included in the package, and pour it onto a teaspoon. Then administer the contents of the teaspoon. Shake the bottle well before use. It is advisable not to put the pipette in direct contact with the child's saliva. After use, wash the pipette thoroughly under running water before placing it in the appropriate container.
