How to use
- Cleaning the mucous membranes: wet the parts to be cleaned and use a small amount of product directly on the mucous membranes. Rinse and dry by dabbing with a damp cloth.
- Genital sitz bath: pour the contents of one/two tablespoons into the bidet water and perform ablutions on the affected parts.
