Flour suitable for the production of products useful for: - diabetic nutrition;

It is made of soft wheat flour and 2% inulin (soluble vegetable fiber). It has 15% fiber, more than double that of whole wheat, and is ideal for making bread, pizza, desserts and fresh pasta for diet and diabetics.
It has a white color like traditional flours, as it does not contain the lignin from the bran.
Completely natural product, without preservatives or chemicals.
