DescriptionSugar-free croissant, with a low glycemic index, high fiber content and a source of protein. Contains no butter or palm oil and is 100% vegetal, also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients
FiberPasta Flour: soft wheat flour 0, dietary fiber 14% ( wheat fiber, resistant starch, inulin), re-milled Senatore Cappelli semolina , wheat proteins; sweetener: erythritol; inulin, vegetable margarine [vegetable fats and oils (cocoa butter, coconut, sunflower, soy ), water; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids], resistant tapioca starch, salt, brewer's yeast; preservative: potassium sorbate.
May contain traces of eggs , peanuts , milk , tree nuts , sesame seeds, mustard .
