Description
Food supplement based on standardized extract of chaste tree for the regularity of the menstrual cycle. With bamboo extract with zinc and selenium that contribute to the maintenance of healthy hair and nails and protection from oxidative stress. Source of vitamins and minerals capable of supporting the physiological hormonal balance. Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue thanks to the presence of iron, folate, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), Vitamin B12 and B6.
The magnesium present in the formulation contributes to normal muscle and psychological function.

Maca (Lepidium meyenii Walp.) root es tit. 1% glucosinolates, magnesium oxide, chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit es tit. 0.5% agnusides, ferrous fumarate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] surculi es tit. 70% silicon, zinc sulphate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), magnesium bisglycinate, L-selenomethionine, manganese gluconate, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid [(6S) 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt], microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate.

How to use
It is recommended to take two tablets a day, swallowed with a little water.
