Ingredients
Mallow powder (Malva sylvestris L. - leaf); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; marshmallow extract (Althaea officinalis L. - root) titrated at 25% in mucilage, senna extract (Cassia angustifolia Vahl. - leaf) titrated at 20% in sennoside B; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
The extracts contain maltodextrin.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended that adults take 1-3 tablets per day as needed, to be swallowed with plenty of water; preferably taken in the evening.
