The product consists of a biscuit obtained from puffed spelt (produced through organic farming), covered with quality chocolate, both milk and dark, made without added sucrose but sweetened with maltitol.
Each product has an average weight of 30 g and is composed of 23% puffed organic spelt and 77% maltitol chocolate.

Ingredients
The only fat present in the product is cocoa butter, a natural constituent of the cocoa beans from which chocolate is obtained and no vegetable fats of other origins are used.
Cocoa butter is composed of triglycerides whose constituent fatty acids are: palmitic acid and stearic acid (saturated), oleic acid (monounsaturated), linoleic acid (polyunsaturated).
Overall, there is a 6:4 ratio of saturated to mono/polyunsaturated fats, making it a good dietary mix.
