CPK COMPRESS
Description
CPK Compress is a bandage made of elastic fabric with strong compression and short traction (minimum extensibility of 90%) wrapped around itself with 2 mounting clips. Once applied, the CPK Compress bandage exerts considerable pressure on the limb ensuring compression of the deep venous system when the patient is in motion. It can remain constantly set for a maximum period of 7 days. CPK Compress is indicated for the immobilization of body parts, fixing dressings and compressive bandaging. They are also indicated for support and relief bandaging in traumatology and sports medicine. CPK Compress has an absorbent fabric, resistant to ointments and permeable to X-rays and air, which is particularly pleasant to the skin. The structure of the fabric prevents the bandage from slipping.
Measurements: 10 cm x 5 m.
How to use
CPK Compress can be washed separately at 40°C with a mild detergent.
The CPK Compress bandage can be steam sterilized without the original packaging.
Components
100% cotton; flesh-colored fastening straps with colored rubber center [73% polyester, 27% rubber (latex)] and aluminum metal trim.
Warnings
Sterilization may affect the characteristics of the product (color, touch and physical parameters), but not its safety and effectiveness.
Contraindications: peripheral arterial occlusive disease, decompensated heart failure, septic phlebitis, phlegmasia cerulea dolens.
Apply to healthy, intact skin.
Don't apply too much tension.
The rubber center of the mounting clips contains latex.
Always use under the supervision of medical professionals.
Conservation
Store in a cool (between 5°C and 30°C), dry place in its original packaging.
Validity with intact packaging: 5 years.
