How to use
This flour makes excellent bread, it tastes very similar to white bread and is very aromatic.
It can be used as an alternative to wheat flour, taking care to use more liquid than is normal for dough, since it absorbs more water than normal flour.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
Organic cereal flours are usually more delicate than conventional ones. If not stored correctly, they are more prone to developing "butterflies".
Best before date from production date, in intact packaging: 10 months.
