CHICKPEA FLOUR
Chickpea ( Cicer arietinum L. ) is an ancient legume, mainly used in its dry state. Sarchio chickpea flour is obtained by simply crushing the shelled seeds of chickpeas.With its characteristic straw-yellow color, it can be used in the kitchen for various purposes. Excellent mixed with other flours for the preparation of baked goods, both sweet and savory, biscuits, cakes and bread.
