Gluten-free pasta.Ingredients
Corn flour; rice flour; corn starch.
How to use
Add a teaspoon of oil to the cooking water before lowering the pasta. Bring 3 liters of salted water to the boil (with 15 g of salt), lower the lasagna (2-3 pieces at a time) and boil, without stirring, for 4 minutes. Drain and transfer to a container of cold water. After sprinkling the bottom of a baking dish with the seasoning, arrange the lasagna in layers, covering each layer with sauce, parmesan and béchamel. Cover everything with the sauce, sprinkle with plenty of parmesan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
