Corn starch, high oleic sunflower oil (18%), sugar, corn flour, eggs, lemon paste 6% (lemon peel, glucose syrup, cane sugar), rice starch; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; raising agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate; natural flavours, salt; thickener: xanthan gum. May contain traces of nuts .
Gluten and lactose free.
