Ingredients
Marshmallow ( Althaea officinalis L. ) root dry extract, Red poppy ( Papaver rhoeas L. ) flower fluid extract, N-acetylcysteine, Ivy ( Hedera helix L. ) leaf dry extract titrated at 10% in hederacoside C, Wallflower ( Sisymbrium officinale L. Scop. ) aerial part fluid effect.
How to use
It is usually recommended to take 2 level tablespoons (20 ml) per day away from meals, as is or diluted in a little water or, if desired, in milk, tea, warm herbal teas. Shake before use.
