Vaginal Douche
CE Medical Device. Product used to prevent the proliferation of unwanted bacteria by maintaining the pH within physiological limits, to reduce a vaginal inflammatory state and to restore the vaginal microflora to physiological values. The performance of the Medical Device is due to a mechanical action of the solution, supported by the presence of a surfactant, aimed at removing from the vaginal mucosa an environment unfavorable to the attack of pathogenic microorganisms. The solution also has a stimulating activity towards the immune defenses of the vaginal tissue (thanks to the inductive action of the lactobacilli lysates). Vaginal solution 0.2% chlorhexidine, which exerts a soothing, protective and rebalancing action, helping to prevent vaginal inflammatory states. Indicated in the treatment of vulvovaginitis of any origin and nature, characterized by small vaginal discharge, itching, irritation, burning and vulvar pain.
At physiological pH it does not irritate the vaginal epithelium even with continuous and prolonged use.
How to use
Vaginal irrigation can be done once or more times a day. It is preferable to apply the product in the evening, before going to sleep, for a period of at least three days. Shake the bottle well. Break the butterfly seal by rotating it. Perform the wash by inserting the cannula while sitting on the bidet, or standing in the shower or tub. The wash should be drained regularly by gently pressing the bottle. Once the operation is finished, do not rinse with water.
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to the components of the product.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the product if you have any vaginal lesions or wounds.
Components
Active ingredients: chlorhexidine digluconate; α-bisabolol; lactobacilli lysates (lactobacillus bulgaricus, bifidobacterium bifidus, streptococcus thermophilus, lactobacillus acidophilus); lactic acid.
Excipients: purified water; simethicone; sodium cocoamphoacetate; propylene glycol; potassium sorbate; sodium benzoate; fragrance.
